“I had the opportunity to work with Frank Lisi of Greenfield Mill on a private residential project in Greenwich Connecticut this year. The home is a three story red brick Georgian built in 1905. The renovation was very extensive as we converted the entire Second Floor into a Master Suite along with adding an elevator from Basement to Third Floor. We also made numerous improvements throughout the rest of the interior and exterior.

Frank’s client relations are very considerate and cordial, and the same goes for his crew of Millworkers and Carpenters. The Client never hesitated to ask any questions and had a good rapport with Greenfield Mill’s lead man on the project.

The project schedule was never compromised by the millwork schedule which was most always ahead of time. Frank forces items that need to be addressed early, and knows how to stage events in the proper sequence to finish on time. Greenfield Mill collaborates with the other trades and avoids delaying their schedules.

Frank works well with, and has a high level of regard for Architects and Engineers. Many intricate details were either worked out in the back and forth shop drawing prices, or in the field. Greenfield Mill did not hesitate to make adjustments in the field when asked. He also keeps the morale and spirit up on a project by choosing the right time to be on the light side.
